Playa Grande is 2000 acres of Pacifc Ocean beachfront property, near the famous ecological sanctuary of Magdalena Bay, where the Grey Whales give birth each winter to their calves. The property has three kilometers (almost two miles) of sandy swimable beach, with gently sloping land affording continuous views due west into the Pacific sunsets.

It is a one and half hours drive from La Paz International Airport, so it is best suited for a family estate or yoga or corporate retreat center. It has one of the best beaches in all of Baja, and is totally pristine with no commercial or tourist developments. This property is a treasure of unique and untouched nature.
